morning gt kena wake up by my mother the big alarm .......

after dionne went home ..i went to mac ...reading my hoot...while waiting for fj &ss to come .... then we went to rosy square after tht go home le ....

during foot drill we were divide inmto 2 group 1&2

i was in group 2 ...we were practicing ..our marching on spot ...instead of marching on spot ..we were moving on over the place ..it is quite funny ...but end up we gt some improvement lol.... haha ....during first aid ...we were revising wad we had learn tis few month .....during pt ....is the most fun part i thk ...

we do alot of scretching ..& at alot of physical excerise which make us sweat & tired...after all tht...we were ask to run 1 &a half round around the sch ...mdm & all the member in sjab run together....but cos the first round alot of peopel walk ...we were ask to run 1 more round ....total is 3 & a half round..... went we complete our round ....& stop infront of the science blk ... we were ask to hop all the way to the mini parade square everyone was veri tired ...but all of us manage to finish ...except for issac cos he muscle cramp .......instead of calling tis physical training ...we name it as a physical torture......but awhile ...actually is nt really bad ...it is just to training us .....nw is still okay lol ...last time ...our senior gt more then wad we gt. today......but is really fun ....
